Subject: Vehicle Burglaries

Manvel Police Department is currently investigating a rash of car burglaries that have occurred on the southeast section of town (southeast of railroad tracks from FM 1128). Once again, the culprits are burglarizing vehicles that are left unlocked and appear to be leaving locked vehicles alone. So far, the car burglaries seem to be occurring late at night or in the morning hours.

Manvel Police Department is asking that you keep you vehicles locked.  We are also requesting that you contact the Manvel Police Department if you see anyone suspicious driving through your neighborhood.  Anyone having information regarding this crime or any other crime should call the Manvel Police Department @ 281-489-1212.
