Charles B. Duncan B/M 20 years old from Arcola, Texas

Theft Under $50.00 and Evading Arrest

 

Narrative of Incident:

 

Officers were dispatched to a suspicious person at the Dollar General.  Upon arrival the Officers located a person matching the description given by the store Manager.  As the officers attempted to make contact with the suspicious person he fled on foot crossing State Highway 6 into the Twin Lakes RV park. Manvel Officers with the help of several Manvel residents and a local business owner were able to catch the fleeing suspect after a foot pursuit.  Officers placed him into custody without any other incident.

 

The fleeing suspect was identified as being Charles Duncan.  During a search Officers discovered that Duncan had stolen several food items from the Dollar General.  Duncan was transported to the Manvel Police Station where he was processed and then transported to the Brazoria County Detention Center.
