Burglary of a Building Subjects Nabbed
August 26, 2005

On Thursday, August 25, 2005 at approximately 11:54 p.m., Manvel Police Officer JD Green observed a suspicious vehicle in the Rodeo Palms Subdivision located off of SH288. The vehicle, a blue Chevy Truck, was found to be occupied by two subjects. Upon further investigation by the Officer, the two subjects were found to be in possession of stolen windows that were removed from a garage of a residence located on Old Presidio Square.

The first subject was identified as Norberto W. Silva out of Houston. The second subject was identified as Gavino Alvarez also out of Houston. Both subjects were arrested and charged with Burglary of a Building, which is a State Jail Felony. Both subjects were transported and booked into the Brazoria County Detention Center without incident.
