Narrative of
Incident: |
|
|
A Honduran
national man, Marvin Mendoza, was abducted in
the city of Houston and brought to Manvel where
he was robbed and beaten by his captors. The men
pushed him out of a van or SUV, telling him they
intended to kill him. Mendoza somehow broke away
and ran from the men. They fired two shots at
him as he fled, but neither shot struck him.
Mendoza went to a nearby residence where Police
and medical personnel responded. He was taken to
Ben Taub hospital where he was treated and
released. |
