Narrative of Incident:

Officers of the Manvel Police Department responded to a two vehicle major accident in the 6100 block of N. Masters.  Officers arrived and found that one of the vehicles was flipped on its roof and both drivers of the vehicles were trapped.

The driver of white Ford F-250 was identified as Kathleen Loughmiller, W/F, 51 years of age, of Manvel, Texas.  The driver of the Buick LaSabre was identified as Modesto Vicente, H/M, 45 years of age, of Manvel, Texas.

Upon investigation, it was found that the Ford F-250 was traveling southbound in the 6100 block of N. Masters and the Buick LaSabre was traveling northbound.  The Ford F-250 crossed the yellow dividing line and struck the Buick Lasabre in the front.  

Both of the drivers were transported to Hermann Hospital due to their injuries.  Modesto Vicente later died at the hospital due to the injuries he sustained in the accident.

Accident is currently under investigation to determine if charges will be filed.
