This case is still under
investigation; however, it is not believed that
any charges will be filed. |

Narrative of
Incident: |
|
|
A two year
old male somehow got out of his parent’s home
and went into the fenced enclosure around the
family pool and either jumped or fell into the
pool. The child’s mother found the boy in the
water and removed him and began CPR. The Manvel
EMS responded and continued life saving efforts
and transported the boy to Hermann Hospital,
however he died at the hospital. |
